Terms & Conditions

By booking tutoring services with Inspire Greatness Learning Academy ("IGLA"), the parent or guardian agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Who You Are Contracting With

•These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and Inspire Greatness Learning Academy LLC ("IGLA", "we", "us"), a limited liability company operating in Georgia, United States.
•By booking a session, purchasing a package or plan, or continuing to use this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
•If you are enrolling a student under 18, you confirm that you are that student's parent or legal guardian and have authority to enter this agreement.

•The following one-on-one tutoring sessions are available: 30-minute session $35, 45-minute session $50, 60-minute session $65.
•Session length and pricing are subject to change with advance notice.

•Payment is due at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been approved.
•Sessions are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
•Unpaid sessions may be canceled or rescheduled at the discretion of IGLA.

•A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
•Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full.
•Students who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice ("no-show") will forfeit the session fee.

•Students arriving late will receive the remainder of their scheduled session time.
•Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other appointments.
•No refunds or extensions will be provided for late arrivals.

•Tutoring sessions are designed to provide academic support, skill development, homework assistance, test preparation, and educational enrichment based on the student's individual needs.

•Parents and guardians are encouraged to communicate concerns, goals, and academic updates to ensure the most effective learning experience.

•While Inspire Greatness Learning Academy is committed to helping students improve academically, specific grades, test scores, promotions, or educational outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Student progress depends on attendance, participation, effort, and practice outside of tutoring sessions.

•For online tutoring sessions, students must have reliable internet access, a device with camera and audio capabilities, and a quiet learning environment.
•Technical issues on the student's end may result in lost session time.

•Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
•Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are additionally governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
•Monthly tutoring plans renew automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account page or through Paddle, and you keep the sessions you have already paid for through the end of your billing period.
•Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.

•We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on packages and monthly plans purchased through this website.
•Full details, including how sessions already delivered are treated, are set out in our Refund Policy.
•To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact us and we will help you.

•You may not use this website or our services unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam or deceptive communications.
•You may not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others through our services.
•You may not interfere with the security or operation of the site, including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, attempting unauthorized access, or scraping our content or data.
•You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account, and for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.

•IGLA retains ownership of this website, The Greatness Journey™ framework, learning plans, assessments, worksheets, branding, and all other materials we provide.
•You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials provided to you for your own student's personal learning.
•Materials may not be resold, redistributed, published, or used commercially without our written permission.

•We work to keep this website and our scheduling tools available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
•Access may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or issues with third-party providers.
•To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

•We may suspend or terminate access to our services for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy or conduct violations.
•Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue first.
•Fees for sessions already delivered remain payable; unused prepaid sessions are handled under our Refund Policy.

•These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and disputes will be handled by the courts located there.

•Students are expected to participate respectfully and maintain appropriate behavior during tutoring sessions. Inspire Greatness Learning Academy reserves the right to discontinue services if behavior becomes disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

•The $99 package includes one initial academic assessment, three individual one-on-one tutoring sessions, one personalized learning plan, and one parent/guardian progress review meeting.
•This promotional package is available only to first-time students and new families, and may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.
•All services included in the package must be completed within 45 days of the initial assessment unless otherwise approved.
•Refunds are not available after the initial assessment has been completed.

•For students under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must complete enrollment paperwork.
•Parents are encouraged to participate in the progress review meeting and support the student's learning goals.

•We may update these Terms & Conditions as our services change. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
•Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.

•By booking a tutoring session, the parent or guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
