Privacy Notice

Your family's information

We collect only what we need to teach your child well — and we explain exactly how it is used.

Who We Are

  • Inspire Greatness Learning Academy LLC ("IGLA", "we", "us") operates this website and provides the tutoring services described on it.
  • We are the data controller for the personal information described in this notice, meaning we decide how and why it is used.
  • You can reach us about privacy at IGLA0626@GMAIL.COM or (470) 366-4581.

Information We Collect

  • Account information: parent or guardian name, email address, phone number, and login credentials.
  • Student information: first name, grade level, subjects of focus, assessment results, session notes, and progress updates.
  • Inquiry information: the name, email, phone number, service of interest, and message you submit through our contact or consultation forms.
  • Order information: the packages or plans you purchase, order references, and subscription status. Card numbers are never collected or stored by us.
  • Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, and basic usage data such as pages visited, collected to keep the site secure and working.

Why We Use It & Legal Basis

  • To create and maintain your account and deliver tutoring sessions — necessary to perform our contract with you.
  • To respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and communicate about sessions — contract performance and our legitimate interest in serving families.
  • To process orders, confirm purchases, and manage subscriptions — contract performance.
  • To keep the site and accounts secure and prevent fraud or abuse — our legitimate interest in protecting our service and users.
  • To improve our programs and materials using aggregated, non-identifying insights — our legitimate interest.
  • To send optional marketing or newsletter emails, only where you have opted in — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations — compliance with legal obligations.

Student Information & Children

  • Accounts are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, not by students.
  • We collect only the student information needed to teach effectively and report progress to you.
  • We do not sell student or family information, and we do not use student information for advertising.

Who We Share It With

  • Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, for the sale of our services, subscription management, payments, invoicing, and tax compliance.
  • Service providers that help us operate the site and our tools, including website hosting, database and authentication hosting, and email delivery providers, acting on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers such as our accountant or legal counsel, where reasonably needed.
  • Authorities or other parties where we are required to do so by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our students, families, or staff.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

How Long We Keep It

  • Account, session, and progress records are kept while your family is active with us and for up to three years afterward, so we can support returning students.
  • Inquiry records are kept for up to two years.
  • Order and billing records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law, typically seven years.
  • When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your Rights

  • You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you or your student.
  • You may ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • You may ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep, or to restrict or object to certain uses.
  • You may withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
  • To exercise any of these rights, email us at IGLA0626@GMAIL.COM. We respond within 30 days.

How We Protect It

  • We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our database, and limiting access to the people who need it.
  • No system is perfectly secure, but we review our practices as our services grow.

Cookies

  • We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to make checkout work. Without these the site cannot function.
  • We may use limited analytics storage to understand which pages families find useful.
  • We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though essential cookies are required to sign in.
